The Core Strengthening Total Body Workout DVD is a 30 min sequence of complete body exercises, focused on core strengthening with each area targeted. Three levels are shown for your convenience, with Carrie Taylor taking you through the advanced options, while Leonore demonstrates intermediate options, and Tracey shows the beginner level.
Very little equipment is needed for this workout, but:
Theraball
Set of hand weights
And/Or a Medicine Ball are recommended, and can make the workout more intense.
Carrie formulated this workout plan with over 22 years of experience in personal training and injury prevention/recovery, and recommends this DVD to all her massage and training clients for home work.
